MATT
NUGENT
PERSONAL TRAINER, FOUNDER
Matt has a dual Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Science and is a licensed Athletic Trainer. Matt has credentials as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS) and certifications in Functional Manual Reaction (FMR), along with a Certification in Applied Functional Science (CAFS). He worked as an Athletic Trainer for a high school and physical therapy clinic for 3 years, where he helped treat and manage pain and injuries in the adolescent and geriatric population. He is married to his high school sweetheart and is the owner of one large dog (Luna), a cat (Millie), and two sassy goats (Franny and Flo).
